Mike Price, Chief Executive Officer

Mike brings proven leadership and a track record of building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. By creating a culture centered on core business values, Mike has facilitated substantial business growth throughout his 30 years in the contract services and staffing industries.

From 1998 to 2012, Mike was President and CEO of Diversco, a provider of outsourced services (contract cleaning, temporary staffing, security guards) to the manufacturing, logistics, and distribution sectors. During his tenure, Mike developed and executed strategic plans resulting in growth through both acquisitions and organic initiatives that increased revenues from $65 million to $275 million.  

Prior to joining Diversco, Mike held senior executive positions at two different divisions of National Service Industries, a $2 billion multi-business company based in Atlanta, Georgia. He first served as executive vice president and COO at Selig Chemical Inc., a $50 million manufacturer and marketer of industrial cleaning chemicals where he was responsible for manufacturing, distribution, and sales. Most recently, he was senior vice president with National Linen Service, a $500 million industrial laundry company specializing in providing uniform and hospitality textile rental products. At National Linen, Mike had full P&L responsibility for a $100 million manufacturing, sales, and distribution business; he also served as vice president of sales, overseeing national accounts, marketing, and a large national sales force.

Mike is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the Executive Development Consortium for Senior Managers at Emory University.

Kevin Clark, Executive Vice President of Business Development

As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Kevin Clark focuses on customer relationships and solution design efforts for our largest and most strategic customers. Prior to joining Insource, Kevin spent 17 years in various sales and logistics roles at Airborne, Inc. Most recently, Kevin was Director of Business Development for Airborne Logistics Services (now part of Exel), where he designed and implemented industry solutions. While at ALS, he was responsible for developing the innovative Optical Village, a collaborative supply chain solution for the vision care industry. Prior to Airborne, Kevin worked in inventory planning with Telex Computer Products. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Wake Forest University.

Liz Stewart, Director of Finance and Human Resources

Liz has been with Insource for more than five years and is responsible for leading our Accounting Team and IT Systems. Liz earned an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BS in Accounting from Central Michigan University. After graduating, she joined the accounting department at General Motors in Detroit. During the ten years she worked for GM, Liz held a variety of accounting positions, including accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and accounts receivable as well as supervisor of budgets and operations analysis. Additionally, Liz has worked in accounting management with various non-profit organizations.

Agustin Villacis, Vice President of Operations, Recruiting and Safety

Agustin has been a key member of the Insource team for more than ten years. In Agustin’s vital role, he is responsible for the development of all aspects of the company’s proprietary Insource Performance Management System (IPMS) tool created by subject matter experts for the IPMS system. IPMS is a comprehensive operating practices tool designed to leverage best practices developed over our 13 years of leading the performance workforce industry. This tool organizes the skills and tools required to provide consistent performance across all functional areas in all client locations. The IPMS methodology ensures proper operational execution within the areas of safety, floor operations, strategic planning, financial performance, and office administration

He is Responsible for managing, controlling, directing, and administering multiple managed field sites (Fortune 500 companies) to encompass full accountability of field management activities including Recruiting and Safety.  Responsible for managing day-to-day operations by directing, training, mentoring, guiding, and controlling the Insource workforce through site Performance Regional and Operations Managers, Supervisors and Leads. 

This position requires combined abilities to resolve personnel, compliance, process, client, and operational issues, to be a pro-active manager, and to also develop and implement long range strategic plans for each site, forecast and develop budgets. Accountabilities to include management of the process itself, administering overall site functions, administering profit and loss statements and leading the entire site working and management team.  Responsibilities to also include comprehensive management of daily client relationships at their appropriate management levels, as well as seeking out and achieving sustained site future business growth.

Agustin’s “shop floor” management experience was primarily earned during his tenure with several of Insource’s largest clients. Agustin has performed successfully in every role, including Lead, Supervisor, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and Business Manager. Agustin earned his MBA from USS in Ecuador-SA and his BA in Business Administration from ULVR Ecuador-SA. Agustin has completed several International Business Courses and he is certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Project Management.
